B² = P is an intermediary digital platform that connects users with verified specialists offering mental health services, coaching, and wellness content. We provide the technology infrastructure and marketplace but do not directly deliver the services.

• Maintaining professional liability insurance and credentials
• Compliance with professional regulatory bodies
• Their own conduct and professional standards
• Any damages, harm, or disputes arising from their services

B² = P is not responsible for specialist conduct, credentials, or service delivery. We are merely the platform provider.

4. User Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Verifying specialist credentials and insurance independently
• Your own health decisions and treatments
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Users agree not to:

• Harass, defame, or harm any specialist or user
• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Attempt to breach platform security
• Use the platform for illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the B² = P platform are owned by B² = P or licensed to us. Users retain rights to their own content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies are subject to individual specialist agreements. B² = P processes payments as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for service delivery disputes. Refund requests must be made directly with the specialist.

9. Safety & Moderation

• Content Moderation: All user-generated content, specialist profiles, and communications are subject to moderation review
• Reporting Mechanism: Users can report harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through our flagging system
• Harassment Policy: Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory behavior
• Safeguarding: We implement safeguarding protocols to protect vulnerable users and prevent exploitation
• Specialist Vetting: All specialists undergo identity verification and background checks before platform access
• Confidentiality Protection: User data shared with specialists is protected through confidentiality agreements
• Moderation Response: Our moderation team responds to reported content within 24-48 hours
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts for safety violations
• Crisis Support: Users in crisis have immediate access to emergency mental health resources

• Specialists must not disclose personal, health, or sensitive user information without explicit consent
• All communications between users and specialists are private and protected
• Users retain the right to their own communications and can request deletion
• Specialists must follow professional codes of conduct relevant to their field
• Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate specialist removal from the platform
• Users may lodge confidentiality complaints through our moderation system

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform community.
